I've just renewed my driving licence and received the new photocard through today and it appears they have given me entitlement to ride motorbikes when i havent ridden one in my life or sat any sort of tests.
On the front of the card it shows category A which is the code for the full bike licence and on the back it has this entitlement valid from 19/01/2013 with restriction code 79(3) which suggests I have to have a foot operated rear brake??
Went on the new website that lets you check your licence instead of having a counterpart and it's also on there saying I can drive cat A motorbikes.
Has this happened to anyone else or am I going mad?
