I got reply yesterday after inquiring twice about taking independent shares. They apologised and said that they had been inundated with emails regarding taking independent shares, which was good news although the tardiness wasn't :)

On HSL front, you can go on their website to if you want to go through that route.

Sorry, I can't be of more help.

I also got an email yesterday with the apology for the delay and letter attached. I'll get it signed off today and into the club to get the prospectus/pack to apply for shares.

Just need to work out where to hang the share certificate now.

Still nothing received by post either, so I've emailed them today. Hopefully I'll get something by the end of the week.

Anyone going through HSL can just get on and do it, you don't have to wait for anything from them. Just click the Donate button here......

Thanks Mikey, I signed up to that this morning as I was happier after reading the FAQ's, particularly about being able to pass the membership on to the family. However, I still want to do the direct route aswell. :aok:

I signed up through HSL earlier and it was all very simple and straightforward.

I've now received email confirmation of when money will be taken from my account - on or shortly after 6 February 2015.

HSL. Nice and simple. Just how it should be. Can't wait to see the results of the issue. Really hoping for a good number.

Long live Hibernian.

I've signed up for £18.75/month, but was going to at least round that up to £20, possibly do £25/month, however the option to donate any amount you want wasn't there. I know I'm not talking about massive amounts of money here, but I wonder how many others were thinking of doing the same.

Me too, I was going to go for £22 a month but will stick with the £18.75 option.

It was just too big a jump to £30 a month.

HSL sign up done.

Still waiting on the info about buying direct as I'd still like to do both.

If you were going to do £25 pm then do what I did which was sign up for the Kicks for Kids at £6.25 per month AND £18.75 with HSL. All the money regardless will end up at Hibs and there will be one deserving kid getting to a game who otherwise wouldn't.

Thanks B, much appreciated. Tis true, all monies raised go to the club AND children get to go to games. Win, win :greengrin

Good to see the Evening News publicising it like they did the Hearts issue

http://www.edinburghnews.scotsman.com/sport/football/hibs/hibs-fan-in-gorilla-suit-jibe-at-rod-petrie-1-3677284

Personally, I think Hibs should ban the Evening News from Easter Road.

The picture is even credited to one of the leaders of the group.

Utterly ridiculous the EEN are giving one man and his dog so much publicity.

All the more reason to get on board and freeze these people out.

:agree: They are anti - Hibs for sure and unashamedly pro yam so a boycott is the answer but not buying the paper isn't the whole answer as the group circulation there has been in decline for ages - really need to stop hitting their websites as well as they earn from that too.

It would get to their owners attention quickly if Hibs publicly banned them from ER.................

I am looking at buying both HSL and share issue, if anybody knows an IFA that is supporting fans buying a relatively small amount of shares can they please PM me their contact details. (Total number of shares dependent on if I shift the pair of Paul Simon tickets that I have:wink:)

Still cannot believe my eyes: we are making a historical step in the history of the club and at its launch there is no media coverage what-so-ever. None of the positive variety at least. BBC shame on you. EEN shame on you. Disgrace.
