Really pleasing to see he got his first goal after injury. Very promising player this lad. Keep up the good work kid.

Tremendous result, the spirit in the team seems excellent & that's 3 big games, one of 120 minutes in 8 days for the U-20's against strong opposition. Now if we changed our name to Reading a few of these guys would be in The Scotland U-21 squad!!

I know he's young but just maybe worth a shot to replace Malonga!

Great player but feel Lewis Allan deserves his chance ahead of Cody, for the moment. However after his hat trick for the 20's last week I suspect Jake Sinclair may start up front with Cummings.

I see a certain Mr Griffiths was playing for Celtic but failed to score :aok::aok:

I'd say Heffernan is a cert to start with his experience - not that I agree with that but it would make sense against a team I think we have to beat to set the tone for the season and keep The Rangers and Hearts on their toes.

Tbh mate I'd kinda forgotten about Paul. No disrespect to him but I think we both know that the youngsters deserve more of a chance. His experience could be vital though and to be fair he played well enough when coming on at Livingston.

Heffernan has had no more than 5 minutes football in the last 6 weeks or so, so I'd be surprised if he started on Saturday

What a great goal, just saw on Hibs TV. Great skill & finish! I didn't realise Cody was left footed, I think that alone would rule him out of playing up front with Jason. We have a surplus of lefties at the moment but they ( mostly ) always look more skilful players though ( also mostly ) their right leg is used for balance only!

This lad sounds like a great prospect. Here's hoping he develops into a top class player for Hibs.
