Can Someone Tell Me Why Butcher Still Has His Job ?

Ok I'm not really one for the forums and not been on here for over two years, but I need someone to rationalise this for me. I'm talking about consistency by Petrie. He has been behind the sacking of Managers who haven't taken us down and who have performed better than Butcher with comparative financial restraints compared to other clubs in the league, so why does Butcher get to keep his job? Look I am not a Butcher fan, I didn't want Mr. Hoof from the very start, nevertheless that isn't the point! The point is why does he get to keep his job when he has taken us down when others who haven't, have lost theirs? By that logic if I Managed the club and had us getting oor arse handed to us on a plate by the likes of Cowdenbeath and East Fife on a regular basis I would be made honorary club President! I am venting frustration but Jesus! Will someone make sense of this for me and I don't want to hear about lack of funds here and there, because the majority of clubs are in the same boat!
