Hats off to Pat for the statement he just gave..

Instead of the whole "We need the fans to make give us a kitty"

When asked can the fans help by getting themselves to games to help him out in January he said how good the fans had already been and it was down to the players and club as a whole to get the fans back through the door in numbers!

The man just oozes class.

Just on

What's the schedule today? Get in early, prepare for tomorrow, then the players need to rest for tomorrow

Will the 3 loanees be staying? We're doin all we can but its down to the parent clubs

Will we be strengthening further? Depends on what happens with the tree loanees

Hope someone is going to do a video of it as SSN have been showing the same interviews and clips since early yesterday...depressing watching the same thing every 15 minutes over and over again...

Whether it is down to words lost in translation but often from the suits the impression is that the fans should turn up regardless, but Fenlon manages to show that we are all in this together. No need for a PR department when a person with credibility just tells you how it is.

one day maybe...

Speaks volumes about the commitment of the players that they're training today, I know we've got a game tomorrow but I just feel that this is something that has changed at the club

I dont want to post a negative but this in my opinion is no different to any club in the uk and certainly no change at our club :agree:

Off on a tangent a bit but was it Bobby Williamson that had the players and assistants in for training on Christmas Day whilst he stayed at home? :hilarious

The players have always gone in for light training on Christmas day when we've had a game on the 26th.

There has been no change in that.

Did Yogi not let them off a couple of years ago when we had the Huns the next day?
