Scotsman (Sport): Spartans recover after Tynecastle’s fightback

EAST OF SCOTLAND: Spartans extended their lead at the top of the Central Taxis Premier Division with a 4-2 win against bottom club Tynecastle. Willie Bremner and Chris Anderson gave Spartans a two-goal lead before a double by Jamie Butler put Tynecastle level. Keith McLeod and Andy Martin struck again for Spartans to seal the win. Meanwhile third-placed Civil Service Strollers remain unbeaten after their 1-0 win against Edinburgh University.
