A fairly good field for this week's sell out tournament at Royal Portrush. The Irish golfers in the field will all be fancied but I've an inkling that Chris Wood at 40/1 is a very strong each way bet. He's coming into form at the right time and seems to perform well on links golf courses.

For what it was worth, he was 3 under after 8 holes but the wheels came well and truly off in the back nine.
