It was shut for a few years but I now see it has been gutted oot & re-fitted ..anyone know if its gonna be a bar again ?

I walk past it every day. Certainly looks like it will be some kind of food or beverage retailer based on the design. Probably a week or two away from being complete.

Yeah, the fronting glass makes mention of the services offered including surveying solutions or something like that.

The Golden Gates another pub never to return. Pub business is indeed in decline. Was a dump but has stood there for years. Dropping like flies
