If we get a penalty, who takes it?

O'Connor and Griffiths have both scored them recently but I can't remember us being awarded one when both were on the pitch.

Murray Testimonial - O'Connor scores, Griffiths not playing.
St Johnstone (September) - O'Connor scores after Griffiths is subbed off.
Motherwell - shootout: O'Connor scores 1st, Griffiths scores 4th
St Johnstone (January) - Griffiths scores after O'Connor is subbed off.
Ayr - Griffiths scores before O'Connor is subbed on.
Dunfermline - O'Connor scores, Griffiths not playing.

So who takes it?* I go for O'Connor's cooler head.

*this isn't a trick question relating to Thomson.

Don't know about during the game, but if it goes to a shootout then I'm taking the first one.

I'd have no fear with any of those 2 taking a penalty on Saturday.

if am being pretty honest..francombe looks like he is a good pen taker?
but between garry&sparky, you got to put gazza first alot more experience and haven't ever seen him miss a pen:aok:

As if that ref is going to award us a penalty?

More like which Hibs player is going to be the first booked for diving no matter how clear cut a penalty it was.

Gazza :agree: Just don't know if Sparky would have the level head to be able to cope.

Just an opinion but I think there's no chance Garry will be on the pitch if it goes as far as pens.

Anyone who's ever seen Leigh Griffiths taking a penalty will know he's a cocky enough wee devil to not let the situation get to him. Leigh for me.

Either or for me, not fussed.

BTW, I think that lot are an absolute CERTAINTY to get a penalty against us. They have gobbed every round they have played in almost and it's been with penalties.

St. Johnstone away - penalty 3 hours in to injury time

St. Mirren - Away - St. Mirren score a perfectly good goal and the ref chops it off to give them a penalty which they then miss.

Celtic - Dumpden - Penalty in the last minute for some Yam blasting the ball against a dodgers hand, then similar at the other end is not given.

Think we need to be careful of Andy Diver and his lot, we don't want to pay the penalty too

If its true that it balances up then we're due about 18 penalties.
