If GOC and Sparky start they'll probably have been subbed before 2 hours is up so.........

O'Donovan
Doyle
Francomb
McPake
Doherty

Not that it'll get that far

Soares

If GOC & Griffiths aren't on the pitch then replace them with 2 from O'Donovan, Doyle & Wotherspoon.

Hope it never goes to pens.

But would like to see Soares taking a freekick if we get one in a decent position.

I don't think I can remember the last pen shoot out we lost?

I can recall:
Partick in league cup
Another league cup pen win away in the McLeish era
Rangers league cup semi

There are more we won I'm sure but defeats (bar Leeds in UEFA cup) I cant recall

Hibs have never lost a penalty shoot out to a Scottish team.

I'll take 2 penalty shoot outs and 2 wins right now :greengrin

I remember a penalty shoot out win in the Scottish Cup at Aberdeen under Jim Duffy, I think after a 2-2 draw at Easter Road

I can recall winning a penalty shoot out in Aberdeen.

Everyone hought Hibs had won when one from Aberdeen was saved. The referee called for it to be taken again and they scored. I think that left Hibs to score the next one tp win. Kevin Harper (?) put is away.

We also won the shoot-out earlier this season on our way to picking up our first piece of silverware this season in the final of the Ian Murray testimonial cup. :agree:

Have they changed the rules now?

Scottish Cup games always went to a replay (except maybe the final?) - that ill fated Dunfermline semi-final for instance

Believe they have. Replays suck ass. The Dunfermline one being particularly bitter.

Not half as bitter as the final replays against the huns. Scarred me for life.
