Avoid the pubs on the two main squares, they are generally tourist traps, head about 100 yards away in any direction and the prices plummet.

A wee pub crawl in the Zizhkov area is a good idea too!

Repete Cocktail Bar on Rybna (a street between the 2 squares) is worth a visit, the Long Island Iced Teas are very strong, good though.
