For me, there are quite a lot of very good albums out there by Scottish Bands which are often quite underrated.

Franz Ferdinand - Franz Ferdinand
Puzzle - Biffy Clyro
Warnings and Promises - Idlewild
Rock Action - Mogwai

Finally, I hate to include a "best of", but they have so many good albums, that I'd struggle to pick one, so for that reason "Long Distance" by Runrig gets a nod. And that's just a PERSONAL small handful of favourites - there are many other great albums out there (though Glasvegas wouldn't feature in a 100 years for me).

In terms of 3 favourite SONGS from Scottish Bands:

Living's A Problem, Because Everything Dies - Biffy Clyro
Love Will Steal us From Loneliness - Idlewild
The Mighty Atlantic - Runrig
