Hopefully the CBBC double act can get a performance out of them on Saturday. I expect there to be changes and wouldn't be surprised to see Walter in the starting XI.

Ultimately I think that, if we can look to score goals and keep it tight at the back, we're in with a shout of taking at least a point, if not all three.

One things for sure, Hibs fans will be hoping for all three points. If we score more goals than our opponents, this is certainly the likely outcome.

Feeling a bit more optimistic after watching how well o'conner and Sparky play together, 3-1 hibs with both on the score sheet.

Probably.

:wtf:

Anyway............ I think a draw is the least we'll get. If we get off to a good start and the boo-boys keep quiet then the confidence will go up, along with our chances of 3 poits.

when did we last win a home SPL game ?

From memory it was 1992 against St Mirren, with Mark McGraw and David Fellinger scoring in a 2-1 win

If the Hibs website is correct - ICT -26th Feb 2011  (Feb 2011 - was actually 3 home wins out of 3!!)

We did beat the might Berwick in August in the cup though 5v0.

Dundee Utd will be tough tomorrow - score draw.

I'm 75% confident we will do enough to get the 3 points tomorrow. As long as the defence don't concede more than one goal, then i think GOC and Sparky will do enough down the other end to get us the win. I hope the support are really positive tomorrow and encourage the team. During recent home games the players have looked really tense. Hopefully they can relax a bit and start to play with a bit more self belief and fluidity in their play. A win tomorrow and midweek and will kickstart the campaign!

As long as the real winner after 90 minutes is football, i'll be happy. Although theres no easy games in this league, as long as we do our talking on the pitch and give 110% we should come out with a result.

Away from being a smartarse, I have a feeling today will be a beauty. 4-1, with a double each for Griffiths and Garry Whizz.

I always think games v Utd are very difficult to call. I don't think there's a huge gap one way or the other between us and them. I think if we go into this game and manage to play with a bit of confidence - something that we haven't done very often at Easter Road for some time, then they're there for the taking. I don't think O'Connor and Griffiths (or any of the other players for that matter) any tiredness from Tuesday night, had we played on the Wednesday that might have impacted more, therefore CC should be able to field a strong starting team and we can go from there.

Griffith's play has merited a goal, IMHO, and I think that will come today. Would also add that I think O'Connor will score today as well.

When you have as much cocaine in the locker room as we do, the tiredness excuse just doesn't wash.

3-1 Hibs.

On paper it looks like both sides will maybe be sharing the spoils. However we all know that games aren',t played on paper, they are played on grass, apart from pictionary of course. If by the end of the 90 there is nothing between the teams then it surely will be seen as 2 points dropped rather than 1 point earned. I'll tell you this for free though, if we put the ball between the sticks more often than our opponents then we will win a lot more than we'el lose this year.
