Dear secretary's due to the bad weather we have experienced in the last couple of weeks and not much football getting played. We the committee feel the meeting on the 13th December will be pointless as only a hand full of teams have small fines to pay and a number of secretary's may not make it due to unforeseen weather. We are putting a fixture on for the 12th Dec but I don't think it will go ahead if you are in the scottish cup your game will carry on to the 19th Dec if not played on the 12th. Then on to the 8th January 2011. Please keep an eye on the web for fixtures and changes. So the meeting on the 13th December is cancelled and the next meeting will be on the 24th January 2011 please confirm back to me that you have received this message.
