Birthday party venues in Edinburgh?

I'm helping organise a 30th in Edinburgh soon and looking for any good suggestions in Leith / Central Edinburgh. The last time I organised a do like this was about seven years ago so I'm a bit off the ball!

Options I've looked at so far are Revolution Bar on Chambers Street (seems to be free although not sure if they stick a minimum bar spend on that) and Iso Bar in Leith (minimum spend £350).

Any other good suggestions that people have used recently? I'd anticipate about 20-30 attendees and more of a pub than club crowd...

I was at a 30th in there fairly recently and thought it was a brilliant venue. Definitely suit a pub crowd as well.
