A big let down IMO.

OK, it had a few jumpy moments (I ***** shat myself at the end!) but that doesn't make a good film.

There wasn't any atmosphere (probably because of the "home movie" style in which it's filmed in). This resulted in failing to have me on the edge of my seat (which is a must for any film of this type IMO) or even keep me interested - but it did give me two or three wee scares.

Disappointing

This decades Blar Witch Project.

Over hyped, underwhelming rubbish.

It all depends on how active your imagination is whether you enjoy it or not.

People who didn't like Paranormal Activity probably enjoy the Hostel movies.

:agree:

That and the fact it's probably a cinema film in that its probably best viewed in the cinema environment to take in the full atmosphere etc.

The Hostel movies are probably the biggest crimes against cinema ever.

Paranormal Activity is just, IMHO, p15h. I ended up laughing in the cinema with a few of my mates as so many people seemed genuinely engrossed/scared.

And considering i have had several short stories published i think my imagination is perfectly fine thank you.

I think that Hostel is a good film actually. Second one is rubbish though.

You're kidding me right. Hour and a half of my life i'll never get back. Even tells you at the end that it's totally fabricated. WTF is the point???
