That's a joke.

His opponent looked (rightly) very pissed off.

The 1st part shows him missing the green on his 147 attempt....

then after, his opponent was snookered on the yellow in the final frame, and he not only played the yellow out of the snooker, but ended up snookering Ebdon as well, which won him the final frame. Ebdon's reaction to the snooker, was to throw his chalk up in the air, then he collapsed down to the floor and then lay there for a few seconds flat on his back!!

Dennis Taylor was none too enamoured

Shows the missed green to halt his 147 sattempt - Ebdon swung his cue over the table like a baseball bat.

Then shows his opponent getting out of a snooker and in doing so flukes a snooker on Ebdon. PE then throws his chalk up the air, collapses to the grond and lies flat on his back.

Seriously disrespectful to his opponent IMO and Dennis Taylor kinda scolds him for it in commentary

Peter Ebdon, the master of snooker gamesmanship. Always been a couple sandwiches short of a picnic. He is also notorious at slowing opponents down as well:agree:

Totally agree,
I think he reverts to the things he does when he's toiling in matches, and he deliberately tries to frustrate his opponenet.

A complete leg-end.

Ebdon's certainly a bit of a mentalist - and what he did at the end is just not on. However, there is a context here: he's under enormous pressure at the moment given the investigation into betting patterns of his recent match with Liang Wenbo. Personally, I'm convinced he's entirely innocent; but mud sticks, and I think those slagging him should put themselves into his shoes for a moment. It's no wonder he's losing it a bit, really.

Brilliant from John Parrot too. "It's most often red and brown he gets mixed up. If you are owe him twenty quid you can give him a tenner and get away with it!" :faf:
