Is this a ranked tournament?

Yep it is, a lot of prize money apparently as well.

Good luck to him tomorrow, hope he does it. Not got a great record against Wawrinka though, he's won the only 2 meetings they've had in the past so let's hope that ends tomorrow.

Yep it's on Eurosport tomorrow, 3:30pm IIRC.

He's fairly good, and is perhaps really unlucky to be the only half decent sportsman to come out of a country the size of Switzerland and NOT be the best, unfortunately for him some guy known as Federer or something like that is a wee bit better!

Anyway he's 22 years old and is currently ranked 36th in the world.

He has only got one title win in his career so far but he did reach 2 finals last season.

Should be a good match and hopefully Murray will come out on top.

Well done Andy - a two sets to one victory in the final.

At least one Hibby can produce the goods when it matters!

Congratulations on an otherwise dismal day!

Superb start to the year for him, well done Andy!

Only caught the last few games of the match as I was elsewhere today :boo hoo: but it looked as if he was playing some nice shots.

Hopefully that sets him up nicely for the Australian Open which starts a week on Monday.

Think yerself lucky you weren't there!

I'd really like to go and watch one of Andy Murray's matches, preferably in a final but just any kind of match would be good. Obviously not in Qatar but maybe in that tournament that he plays in Aberdeen every year.
